Bretonnian captians hold the figure heads on the front of their ships with great awe and spend considerable time looking after them. Many of these figure heads contain magical properties which can help turn the tide of battle.
Each Bretonnian Man O'War may only be given a single Figure Head by paying the appropriate points. Each figure head contains all of the effects that it has on the game, its cost and the number of Battle Honours it is worth. The Battle Honours value is added to those awarded to the opponent when the ship is sunk. If the Bow location of the Man O'War is destroyed then the figure head is considered also destroyed. Likewise if the Bow location is repaired later on the figure head is also considered repaired. There is only one of each figure head so duplicates are not allowed.
